We are committed to providing continuous security assurance for our IoT products through security patches, vulnerability fixes, and security enhancements.

1 Policy Statement

We are committed to providing continuous security assurance for our IoT products. Our security updates encompass the latest security patches, vulnerability fixes, and various security enhancements. For selected device models, we pledge to provide security update support for at least 3 years from the date of release.

The security support cycle for our products will not be shortened due to any changes. Should the support cycle be extended, we will issue a formal announcement.

2 Supported Products List

3 Discontinued Support Products

Currently, the list of products for which we no longer provide security updates is as follows. This means we will no longer provide any software or firmware updates, including security updates, for these products, and we may no longer accept security vulnerability reports regarding them.
