At NovorikX, we’re dedicated to providing a truly hassle-free shopping experience. That’s why all orders ship free with no minimum purchase, and we also cover GST where applicable.

Express Delivery: Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, DHL, or other local delivery partners

Truck Delivery: LTL / FTL freight delivery for oversized or heavy items

Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM AEST / AEDT

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

No pick-up on Saturday or Sunday.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

We work with reliable carriers to help ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

For remote or regional areas, delivery may take longer.

Delivery Area

NovorikX’s official website supports delivery to most areas within Australia.

We currently do not deliver to certain remote, offshore, or restricted areas, including but not limited to:

  1. Christmas Island
  2. Cocos / Keeling Islands
  3. Norfolk Island
  4. Australian Antarctic Territory
  5. Remote offshore islands
  6. PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for oversized / freight shipments

International Shipping

Currently, the Australia website only supports shipping within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at support@novorikx.com, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Warehouse

All Australian orders are shipped from our Australia warehouse, unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation.

Limitations of Liability

NovorikX is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, transportation strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
