Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but typically you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at support@novorikx.com, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Warehouse: All our orders are shipped from the AU warehouse.

Limitations of Liability: NovorikX is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by natural disasters, or transportation strikes.
